User edit own roles enables a site admin to define a list of roles
users can add to their own account via a tab on the user account page.
It's a quick spinnoff from the role delegation module and the idea for
this module is once again, born on IRC as a support request.
While it's still in development, it does already work and people can
use it without risking to much, but please pay attention during install
and initial configuration. For security, the administrator role has been
disabled to be changed via this module, preventing serious issues.
