This module provides several Panels layouts that display correctly on mobile devices. The layouts are designed for the Omega Theme but could be extended for other themes by adding the classes recognized by those themes. I'm not as familar with the other themes so have chosen to focus on Omega for now.
Over 100 layouts. Designed to work with full-width panels (no sidebars) as well as mini panels embedded into fixed width regions.
Instructions
You must check 'Disable Drupal blocks/regions' for the panels to work properly in a page without sidebars. There are however many grid categories designed for mini panels as well so if you want a 2 column responsive mini panel for example to fit perfectly in the sidebar, there are many options to choose from.
