Allows users to post quick comments on a Drupal website using IRC. Useful for creating an equivalent of a "tweet" on a Drupal site, using IRC. Also supports URL parsing with the 'bot_url' module, so that if you post an URL only, it will fetch the URL title and use it as the title of the node.
