This module aims to implement the current status of WebRTC on a API level.
Since the WebRTC isn't finalized yet this module isn't either.
This module will contain the following submodules.
- MediaStream API
- PeerConnection API
- DataChannel API
When finished, this module should be a platform for enabling functionalities like:
* skype
* hangouts
* many many more.
