Scald Gallery is a gallery provider for Scald.
Requires Scald version 1.2 or newer.
There is a bundled scald_galleria module that provides a Galleria player. The latest Galleria library requires jQuery 1.7+. If you use the stock jQuery 1.4, please download an older version, like Galleria 1.2.9.
Versions
- The deprecated 1.x branch was started by slashrsm and is feature complete. It uses plupload for file upload, Galleria for gallery display, and only images can be used in a gallery.
- The 2.x branch leverages multiple upload types (available since Scald 1.1), supports any atom types, has better UI etc. It is the only supported branch and is backward compatible with 1.x.
Installation
Please see README.txt for install instruction. The default player in Scald core does not work well with gallery atoms, you need a gallery-specific player. There is one included in the Scald Galleria module, bundled in this project.
The current Galleria player supports images and hosted videos. However it is possible to develop custom players that support more atom types.
