Report a problem allows citizens of a community to submit problem they spot within the community. The problem is then directed to the appropriate department, with follow up required. As the problem is investigated, managed, and solved the system will track the progress for the citizen to view. Additionally, the administrative side will allow for grouping of problem to see an overview of problem areas.
