This module works in conjunction with Media Youtube and leverages Popcorn to provide deep linking within videos (also often called cue points, chapters, jump points, clickable agendas). It hooks into YouTube videos as clickable cue points that will jump to a specified time.
You can see this functionality in action by visiting http://retn.org/show/south-burlington-school-board-meeting-october-2-2013 and clicking the agenda items to the right of the video player.
