Small rule action to add a line item to a cart.
It would appear that this is unnecessary, but if you use the rules built in to add a line item to the order it is not updated properly, see #2108669: Cannot attach line items to order via rules.
This module allows you to sidestep that issue. If that issue is ever resolved, this project will be closed and instructions on how to update your rules posted.
