Provides an on-site Checkout.fi gateway to Payment. Current functionality includes:
- On-site or offsite gateway for Checkout.fi.
- Updates status for pending payments whenever cron is run.
- Configurable response messages translatable by the Variable translation module.
- Themeable output for the on-site gateway.
- API functions for altering reference number bases and POST data (documentation available in payment_checkoutfi.api.php).
