Commerce Shipping Parcel2go

Module to interface with the UK Parcel2Go API for shipping charge calculations.

Initial release will work in a similar fashion to the Fedex and UPS module which calculate the number of parcels required based on the volume of products shipped. If a shipped item does not have dimensions and weight it will produce an incorrect shipping price.

The second release will allow you to enter box/packet sizes and the module will calculate which box to use.

Other options will be available for packing material and if boxes will be collapsed if not full of products, i.e. making the box smaller to reduce the volume of packing material required.

I will also be implementing some form of 3D Bin Packing routine to calculate the box size required and the number of boxes needed to ship the items.

The same limitations will apply regarding items with missing weights and dimensions.
