This module was developed from Manhattan Neighborhood Network to manage overlapping airings.
If upon submitting a new or edited airing it causes an overlap another airing on the same channel, a new entity is created which stores the the two overlapping airings. Everytime one of the conflicting airings is updated, the conflict entity will either be deleted if the conflict is resolved, or will continue to exist until it is ressolved.
