There are several marketplace solutions but I see 'https://drupal.org/project/commerce_marketplace' module uses order bundle related approach which does not allow to use order bundle related conditions in commerce payments.
Second one uses better order group approach but has several disadvantages: 1) is not released yet, 2) it has namespace collision with first solution.
So, I'll try to fork (or cooperate with author) second sandbox project and save it as another project name. I've created already some patches which I plan to apply to this my project.
