Overview

The SHOTNGET module provide you a new way for authenticate on a Drupal web site using the SHOTNGET on Android or iOS.
With this module, you can create a new account on a Drupal web site, log in a Drupal web site, change the password of your account by simply flashing a QRCode generated by the SHOTNGET API.

Features

The SHOTNGET module provides a new way for user authentication in Drupal by offering the following features :

• Allow users to login by flashing a QRCode.
• Allow anonymous users to register by flashing a QRCode.
• Allow authenticated users to change their password by flashing a QRCode.
• Display a message to indicate that the login was successful.
• Display a message to indicate that the register was successful.
• Send an email to the new registered user.
• Customization of the "register" message, "login" message, "register" email.

The users need to install the SHOTNGET applications on iOS and Android.
Only this application can flash the QRCode generate with this module.

All the installations instruction are in the INSTALL.txt file.

Warning

- This module does not work on Drupal which installed on a Windows.
- This module does not ask for a confirmation when a new user register. The new user is instantaneously connected on your Drupal web site.
- This module use JavaScript to transfer data between the SHOTNGET application and your Drupal web site.
- All the data which be transfered are encrypted.
