This module a will give a nice hierarchical table of content on top of node pages based on some html identifiers.It also provides a user with proper permission with a select list to choose what html element will be used as a selector for table of contents.
This module will give a nice option in the ckeditor toolbar for placing table of content anywhere on the page.
