Overview
Adds a block integrating Ookla Speedtest Mini.
Someone on Stackoverflow asked how to embed it on a drupal site and it was easier to create a module rather than try to explain it.
Requirements
Installing
Download the speedtest mini files and place the 'mini' folder in sites/all/libraries. Change the 'mini' folder name to 'ookla'. The path to 'swfobject.js' should be 'sites/all/libraries/ookla/speedtest/swfobject.js'
