Image Formatter for File Entity References

This module enables you to use the Image formatters on File Entity References.

Note : This module will not be required once the patch from Not possible to reuse field formatters between entity_reference, file, and image fields is committed to the core.

For other entity references that reference to content types you can use the "Rendered Entity" formatter along with view modes. You cannot do the same with Entity References Fields that reference to Files. Hence the requirement for this module.

This module provides a Image Formatter that you can directly use on the Entity Reference Files. You can now go ahead and use the awesome Entity Browser module for uploading new or selecting the existing files and use the Image Formatter this module provides directly on File Entity Reference.
