Currently, there are some issues with the Ctools User Edit Form context plugin,

  1. The 'Undefined Index' error in ctools_entity_form_field_content_type_admin_title(). You can get more details about this bug from here, https://www.drupal.org/node/1197582
  2. This plugin doesn't provide an ability to edit current logined user, we must specify a user ID for that.
  3. The submit button for the form is missing unless we add the whole form by adding the 'General Form' to a pane.

This module fixes all issues above.
