Adds an extra option to content types for which this option is enabled to exclude content items from the search index.
Makes it possible for editors who are given the right permission ('Administer SearchAPI exclusion') to exclude content like "Thank you"-pages.
Usage:
- Enable the module
- On admin/config/search/searchapi_exclude select node types
- When editing content of the given type, under the tab 'Publication options' an extra checkbox is shown
