Introduction
This module enables the Balloon Panel plugin from CKEditor.com in your WYSIWYG. The Balloon Panel plugin provides the ability to create a floating, balloon-shaped container capable of presenting content at a precise position in the document.
This module used in CKEditor Accessibility Checker to create the floating panels with accessibility tips.

Installation
- Download the plugin from http://ckeditor.com/addon/balloonpanel.
- Place the plugin in the root libraries folder (/libraries).
- Enable Balloon Panel in the Drupal admin.
This project only handles the bridge between Balloon Panel and Drupal. For support to the Balloon Panel library feel free to ask at their project page.
Important
The Balloon Panel plug-in is planned to be added to Drupal Core. See #2731373: [upstream] Include CKEditor's Accessibility Checker plug-in for details. Once that is done, and the plugin is included in a stable core release, this module will no longer be needed.
