Why waste time moving the mouse cursor 7000 pixels or navigating drop downs or scrolling down the page to hit the save button, when you can use ... Instant Transmission.
Instant Transmission allows you to quickly edit or configure nodes/blocks much faster than ever before.
CTRL + Left Click Edit block/view/node (Green means Editing is allowed)
SHIFT + Left Click Configure block/quick edit (Blue means configure is allowed, lime means quick edit is allowed.
In Addition, it allows you do to other stuff faster:
CTRL + X Opens a new browser tab with the Content Type Manage Display of whatever node you're viewing/editing.
CTRL + Z Add a new node of whatever node type you're currently viewing/editing in a new browser tab.
CTRL + S Saves the node/view/block
