This is a small helper module and I believe it will grow with time. Main idea is to add some flexibility to render for process, each time we have to add some hook suggestion or preprocess functions etc.
So now you will have some of these things just out of the box like:
suggestions: $theme_name . '_' . $form_id
preprocess functions: $theme_name . '_preprocess_form__' . $form_id
