Allow a site builder to create a contextual parameter that will filter numeric data according to a comparison operator.
E.g. Assume you have a content type Cats, with a numeric field Legs. You can create a view of Cats and specify that the url parameter should use the less than parameter on the Legs field. Then if you go to the view's page at example.com/cats/4, you will see a list of Cats than have 3 Legs or fewer.
