Configuration Accountability

The purpose of this module is to track changes and add accountability to changes by tracking the user who made the change. This allows site administrators know who made a change and to possibly roll the change back to a previous version. This is useful when there are several people on a team managing and are managing the site via the UI versus tracking all changes via code. This is a common use case when a retrospective or incident audit is being performed... or just when a change causes ill affects and you need a quick way to roll back.
