When using multi environments you usually have payment sandboxes activated on development and testing environments. Problem is when you put database downstream from production that this sandbox settings tend to get overrun. This module will make it possible for developers to hardcode payment settings for environments into their settings.php or local.settings.php if using this https://www.drupal.org/node/1118520 patch
