Simple Form Disabler

Synopsis

The Simple Form Disabler module allows you to disable a few Forms:

• The Search Form, keeping the Search Results Page simple and clean.
• The Login Form and the Reset Password Form.

You can completely prevent access to:

• The Search Page by redirecting to Not Found.
• The Log In Page, disabling user login, by redirecting to Not Found.

You can specify a list of client IP addresses that keep access these forms and pages.

Basic features

• Disable the Search Form in the Search Results Page. The Search Form in the Search Block is not disabled.
• Disable the Log In Form in the Log In Page.
  • When disabling this Form, it is strongly advised to set Excluded Addresses.
  • Not setting at least one Excluded Address, might result in losing the capability of logging on, even for administrative purposes.
• Disable the Reset Password Form in the User Page.
• Redirect the Search Page to Not Found.
• Redirect the Log In Page to Not Found.
  • When redirecting the Log In Page, it is strongly advised to set Excluded Addresses.
  • Not setting at least one Excluded Address, might result in losing the capability of logging on, even for administrative purposes.
• Exclude Addresses.
  • Skip disabling Forms and redirecting Pages for specific client addresses.
  • Multiple addresses can be specified.
