Migrate OG provides various helpers for getting your data into Organic Groups, via the magical Migrate.

Migrate OG provides the following helpers to Migrate:

  • OG: Organic Group Membership, A new Migrate destination type for content sets.
  • OG: Audience field for nodes designated as to be group posts
  • OG: Additional OG-specific fields to nodes that are designated as a group.
  • Locale: Support for setting the default Locale of a group
  • OG Access Control: Should a group be private?

You must read the README before running this module, it describes a patch that needs to be applied to Migrate in order to support "clearing". This patch is currently in the dev version of Migrate. The README also contains additional information on values required for some fields.

Migrate OG is compatible with Organic Groups 6.x-2.x and Migrate 6.x-1.x.

For Migrate x.x-2.x and newer, please use the migration functionality built into Organic Groups.
