This module is an extension of FileField Sources and adds the functionality described in #730578: Options for Autocomplete (restrict file list). It modifies the official Autocomplete Reference options, adding the ability to restrict the files retrieved by the autocomplete field using a view.
The module is based partly on the code included in FileField Source's reference.inc, but modified according to the patch provided in #730578: Options for Autocomplete (restrict file list) by antiorario at #20, with subsequent corrections by ezra-g at #28.
The module can be installed alongside FileField Sources 1.4. Since it uses the same code as the patch provided in #730578: Options for Autocomplete (restrict file list), it should be used with no problem by anyone who was using a patched version of FileField Sources.
