Panels already has support for what this module wanted to do so I'm killing this project. If you want to take the name of the project and do something with it please create an issue.

This module allows you to add links, images, files and text to a pane very easily.

This module will be the succesor of Chaos Tools Custom Plugins for Panels for D7. The main reason to do this is because ctoolscustomplugins is just an ugly name for such a nice module (I think).

Known issues:

  • Replacement of images/files is not possible in a pane, the pane must be deleted first.
  • No upgrade path from Chaos Tools Custom Plugins for Panels
  • And many more...

  • File Entity (comes with Media)

Note:
This module has no relation to the Media module.
