This module aims to extend Drupal 7's queue systems for more complex operation. It adds 2 tables to the queue table - q_key and q_item id. Using q_key, you may group your queue operations within a certain category (eg within a context of a feed import) and by using q_item_id you can reduce duplicates within a category or across the named queue.
