Provision Roles

This module adds roles to selected newly created user accounts. These roles are provisioned ahead of time and associated with the name of an account. If an account with that name is created, the account is statically assigned those roles.

This is mainly useful for external authentication mechanisms that automatically create users but do not work well with pre-created accounts. For example: in a Shiibboleth authenticated environment site editors could be provisioned with appropriate roles before their first login.
