Adds a custom field type to use for ordering of content.
Includes views integration, with a formatter (Weight Field Draggable) providing drag & drop ordering with standard tabledrag functionality.
Based mostly on NancyDru's weight module, but this uses a fieldapi field rather than the node table's sticky column value. This allows for sorting multiple groupings of content without worry of a change on one drag table affecting the order of another table.
Content can even have multiple fields that control their sort order on a specific list, etc.
