Project Issue Auto-Subscribe

This module will automatically subscribe all users to receive updates to their own issues generated by the Project Issue module. The module will only add missing subscriptions; it will not alter settings when users are subscribed to all issues for a project.

The purpose of this module is to make sure all new users are subscribed to their issues, and to automate subscriptions when new projects are created.

Other options would be to not modify explicitly ignored projects (where subscription level is set to 0) and only add missing records, and to define a permission that would make users be automatically subscribed to all issues.
