Monster Menus Millennium

This is an integration module for monster_menus and millennium, the library catalog module. The purpose is to ensure that nodes created by the millennium module are mapped to specific Monster Menus pages. This is exposed to the user by allowing people using the batch import process in the millennium module to enter a Monster Menus Tree ID in the configuration form.

Future development tasks:

• Use a page picker instead of requiring the user to enter an integer representing the mmtid.
• Integration for people who are importing the entire catalog instead of using the batch importer.
• Maybe some type of subject -> mm page mapping thing for people who dislike taxonomy.
