Simply adds a "Fast Checkout" button next to the "Add to Cart" button to take users directly to take the user directly to the checkout page and add that product to the existing cart.
I need to abstract this a little more in order for it to work in more generic situations.

-add checkbox to activate the button per-product display via the product display settings form
-add ability to rename the button via the same interface
