mgEveMatTracts

mgEveMatTracts is a contract pricing tool for Eve Online.

mgEveMatTracts allows a user to quote a contract quickly using current market prices supplied from eve-central.com via the mgEveItemPrices module, and allows the person receiving the contract to quickly validate the contract.

Contract pricing forms are setup via Eve Market groups.
Currently these market groups are configured:

• Salvage
• Minerals
• Fuel Blocks

The module is configured by the site administrator to retrieve prices from eve-central.com using certain criteria, and then can optionally apply a multiplier (discount or increase) to those prices. For example.. The the price can be the median Jita buy price over the last seven days with a 10% discount.

This allows contracts to be priced very quickly without having to constantly update corp/alliance prices or manually calculate totals.

The person submitting a contract does the following:

1. Bring up the website using the IN GAME BROWSER (checks that you're a member of the site's alliance or corporation)
2. Select the desired contract type
3. Enter the quantities of the various items
4. Review the contract
5. Submit the contract and SAVE THE SUPPLIED ID NUMBER and total price
6. Create the contract in Eve
7. In the contract description, enter the ID number given above
8. Set the total price to the amount supplied above
9. Save the contract

The person receiving the contract does this:

1. Bring up the website using the IN GAME BROWSER (checks that you're a member of the site's alliance or corporation)
2. Select "Lookup a contract"
3. Enter the ID number listed in the contract
4. Validate the item quantities and total price
5. Accept the contract if all is correct
