Community Media Show VOD

This module extends a Show adding a Video On Demand (VOD) Entity Reference. It also creates a VOD content type. The 1.x version used Node Reference to link Show (node) -> VOD (Node) -> Media (entity). As we get closer to #1033202: [Meta] Generic entity processor, populating nodes with Media Feeds that then create Media entities becomes an unnecessary level of complexity. In the 2.x branch of Show VOD, the Show (node) -> Media (entity) using Entity Reference. The VOD content type will eventually be phased out in future releases.

This module was originally a submodule include as part of the Show. It was moved into its own project to more cleanly separate the easy and moderate starter kits.
