With Nodequeue Containers you get a visual display of a Nodequeue subqueue.
This is ideal for creation of e.g. front pages and other presentation of lists.
This tool brings the power of nodequeue into your frontpage.
How to
Once Nodequeue Containers has been installed visit Structure -> Nodequeue
Create a new nodequeue and fill it with a couple of nodes (e.g. some articles)
Now go to Structure -> Nodequeue ->Nodequeue Containers -> Add new Nodequeue container.
Follow form and create your container.
Now you get back to the nodequeue sorting/administration page for the given subqueue you are working with. Here you get a preview of the nodequeue container and gets access to change layout, positions of nodes etc.
Once you are satisfied you can add the container to e.g. your frontpage. (The container exists as a block).
Extend with custom layouts
You can extend Nodequeue Containers with your own layouts through the power of ctools plugins.
To be inspired, look in the layouts/ folder.
