A Rules plugin which adds developer comments to graphical Rules language.
The module supports RulesConditionalContainer which means a comment can be added to "Conditional" groups before "If"s.

RELEASE NOTES

1 Sept 2012: added code commenting. Now you can disable blocks of code by moving actions "inside" a comment. See #1768430: Add actions commenting
