System Status AJAX

Overview

This small module loads the system status check displayed on the admin/config page via AJAX so that the page is rendered more quickly even when some of the status checks hang. For example, if a status check queries a third party service by issuing a blocking HTTP request, the loading of the config page will be delayed by however many seconds it takes to query the service or timeout if the service is down.
