Fivestar anonymous vote limit

This module will limit anonymous user to vote only once. The user will be tracked via a cookie, so its pretty easy to still fake votes. This module currently just blocks the votes from being counted as off I dont know how to hook into the fivestar widget in order to make it "unvotable".

I provided a function for detecting the vote status of a user:
fivestar_anonymous_vote_limit_votes_exhausted()

if you know how to hook the widget output and disable voting for it feel free to send me a message.

possible further developments:

• provide a UI done
• be able to set a integer variable for more than one vote done
• rules integration
• add some fake voting protection, check ip for instance
• find a better name?
