Context Reaction: Menus

Allows the Context module to change the main menu and secondary menu of the site.

This allows you to have different menus in the main-menu and secondary-menu dependent on different context conditions.

Might be useful (or required) if running different versions of a site from the same install (for example different themes (themekey) or mobile-specific menus etc).

The module does exactly what the menu settings page at admin/structure/menu/settings does, except the menu settings page is sitewide, whereas this module provides those options as Context reactions.
