This is a module that allows users to split the comments in a forum topic into a separate thread.
If flat comments are used it will take every comment posted after the point and add it as a comment in the new node.
If threaded comments are used it will take the thread below the comment and add it to the new node.
Status
I have used this on a fairly large client site, and after receiving some positive feedback about it being used on another site I have decided to upgrade to a full module.
I don't envisage much development working being done as this is a small focused module. However if someone wishes to work on this then please contact me to become co maintainer.
