A fast, simple, and lightweight module that redirects IE 6 visitors to a special splash page.
The project includes two modules: happybrowser and happybrowser_js. The first uses a PHP redirect in early bootstrap; the second uses JS. The first works in most regular Drupal installs; the second works through a server-side cache such as Boost or Varnish. You only need to enable one at a time.
