Commerce Packing Old

Based on a discussion in the commerce_ups issue queue, this is an attempt to get more accurate shipping estimates by figuring out how an order should be packed.

By itself, this module does nothing. It provides a central location for computing package sizes for any and all shipping modules that might be installed. Currently, shipping modules will need to be modified to take advantage of the functionality of this module. Once it matures some, patches for some of the popular modules may be provided and once it's stable, patches will be submitted to module maintainers to make their modules work with this.
