Creates a new entity called a "Cheevos", which is an achievement the user can be rewarded for accomplishing a task. Cheevos is integrated with Views and Rules. Cheevos can be added to users through Rules (or cron, but not recommended). For example, you can create a rule and a cheevos called "Posted 50 comments" and when the user posts 50 comments they will get the achievement "Posted 50 comments".
