This module is used to set custom header images on a per path basis on your Drupal 7 site. It also works for pages that are created with views. There are currently some bugs we need to work out so if you download it and find some please submit a bug report. At our company we have a need for this so we decided to develop a module for it.

Features:

  • Set path-specific header images
  • Set global header image
  • Support for Views pages
  • Uses CSS to set up images so there is no query to the database or data stored there


    • Usage:

  • Go to configuration
  • Click on "Custom Header Image" in the "Media" section
  • Use the "Path-specific" tab to set up a path-specific image
  • Use the "Global" to set up a global default image


    • Dependencies:

  • Pathauto - http://drupal.org/project/pathauto
    • We require this because the way it pulls pages are by using the url_alias tables so we want an alias to be created by default so pages aren't created and then users don't know why it's not showing up in the configuration.
