CTools admin modal

Many developers use CTools module for doing modal windows with forms or simply other HTML output. Usually we need set a config for each this modal windows and it could be the same in different places of our project, this module try solve it providing a page where you can define a set of modal settings for different goals. Then you can use a specific callback that load the configuration of your modal.
