Integration module for the Forecast IO API, a free to use (within reason) weather API.

The module defines the libraries hooks, so the associated PHP library (download from github) can be included in any module using libraries_load('forecast.io-php-api').

It also defines the configuration form to set the Forecast IO API key the site will be using.
