DRR

DDR is a Digital Reading Room solution and is focused on the viewing of large to very large images images in book format.

We have optimized our solution using image pyramids (for more info see openseadragon http://github.com/openseadragon) which makes viewing these big images a smooth experience for the end user without nasty delays even if connected from a low bandwidth internet connection. Because of this our module can supporting the access of many users at the same time without impacting performance.
