Summary

This module allows you to display random images from random / designated Flickr galleries in configurable drupal blocks even in a mega menu.

The Flickr Image Block module applies the specified style for the images when rendered as block output. Image styles are calculated by ImageCacheExternal module.

Configuration D7

  • Install FlickrAPI and FlickrGallery module
  • Install ImageCache and ImageCacheExternal module
  • Enable Flickr Image Block module and set permissions
  • Configure the module: specifiy how many blocks should be generated admin/config/media/flickrimagedisplay
  • The module generates the configured number of blocks.
  • Each block can be configured to display the number of random images from all or specific Flickr galleries.
  • You can display the block for example in a side bar or in a mega menu.
